Carol has been using art to complete her assignments as far back as grade school. She chaired the decorating committees for floats and school dances and created posters for every event that needed publicizing. Art school was a perfect fit for her and she earned a degree in commercial art.
Later she led parents and students in creating sets for musicals at her children's school. "Why can't we have a revolving stage?" "Why can't we make a 16'x16' pop-up book that really opens?" "Why can't we make a trap door in a flat stage?" All that was made possible and theatre was never the same in that school after Carol worked her magic.
During her career as artist, Carol has gone on to create ManipulArt, family portraits, dioramas in window wells, and loves to help other creative people figure out how to move forward with their art and explore "Why not?"
